5. FOBOS Modules

FOBOS supports two boards for FOBOS Control:

1. Digilent Pynq-Z1

2. TUL Pynq-Z2

Here is a list of the available modules:

• DUT Communication Module including DUT Interface, Output Length

• DUT Control Module including DUT Clock, DUT Selection, Trigger, Reset, Timeout, Glitch and DUT Working Counter

• Open ADC Module (requires FOBOS Shield)

• Power Module (requires FOBOS Shield)
